Refunds

If it doesn’t reconcile, you choose. We show you where the numbers stop matching. Keep the files if they’re useful to you, or take a full refund and we delete them. If you don’t choose within 24 hours, we refund you automatically.

If it did reconcile but something is wrong, click “Something’s wrong” on your results page within 14 days. We refund immediately, no questions asked. Refunds take 5–10 days to appear on your statement.
